I wanted to let everyone know about a few upcoming events:

This weekend, visit Treillage at the Antique Garden Furniture Show & Sale at the New York Botanical Garden (May 7-9th, 2010 from 10am-5pm). John and I are always seeking out interesting objects for home and garden, and the assortment we are featuring at this show will not disappoint. The booth is safari themed, and stand-out pieces include a larger than life-size antique cast sculpture of a lioness and her two cubs, as well as antique Dutch stone troughs that can make an incredible water feature.

On May 12th, 2010 at 9:30am, I will be speaking at the D&D Building’s Spring Market Week at an event organized by Luxe Interiors + Design magazine. Moderated by Luxe editor-in-chief Pamela Jaccarino, the talk is the keynote presentation and is entitled “The Intersection of Quality and Craftsmanship” and the other panelists include Laura Kirar, Thomas Jayne, and Stephen Elrod.

And finally, John’s and my talk at SCAD has been rescheduled for May 20th, 2010 at 12pm. SCAD is a remarkable institution and Savannah is a place that is dear to both John and me, so we are hopeful that the weather will cooperate this time!

When is this year’s (2012) Kips Bay Decorator Show House ? I read that Bunny Williams was to be the chairman of the event this year. Am trying to plan a trip to NYC at the time of the show house, but cannot find out the dates or any other information. Thanks for your attention. Bruce
